I was very shocked to get a POORLY WRITTEN English letter from the H R Officer of a BPO COMPANY located in Meyyanur, Salem (via whatsapp).
No doubt it speaks volumes of their quality.
ANYWAY I SHOULD THANK "THAT GENTLEMAN" FOR SUPPLYING ME A LETTER WITH GRAMMAR MISTAKES. ONLY BECAUSE OF THAT I AM ABLE TO CREATE THIS MATTER.

==To emphasis spoken English you may write ma'm (with apostrophe) but "Mam" is wrong.

("are" is missing).
==To close friends you may write "Hope you are .." instead of... "I HOPE YOU ARE..." dropping  the ... "I"
